Some big interviews coming up? In this 1-hour session, a mentor with hiring experience will act as a technical interviewer and ask you some standard hiring questions that you might hear in one of your future interview too, and will evaluate your replies.

As a result of this, you should receive actionable feedback on what to improve about your knowledge, interview presence and other things that may be relevant to a future hiring decision.

As a hiring manager and technical interviewer, I have interviewed for roles ranging from entry level software engineer right out of college, up to director of engineering and a 1B+ revenue company. I have a great deal of experience running backend interviews and providing feedback. I can both offer a realistic preview of FAANG style interviews, and give you role-specific feedback so you understand where your answers put you.

Notes:

1. My experience is predominantly backend. I can help with behavioral/positioning questions for frontend engineers, but I won't be able to run you through a technical interview.
2. To avoid any conflict of interest, I cannot help you prep for an interview with HubSpot - any other company is fair game!
