Kaan is simply great at what he does. His approach has the right mix of frameworks, building a personalized approach to improve performance, highlighting strengths and working on weaknesses, and ad-hoc support when needed on both strategy and tactical tips - on anything from prospecting to customer success. My colleagues/manager noticed my improvement and of course I can notice it as well and I'm really happy with it. Last but not least, this mentorship is great value for money, given the extent of the support I get from Kaan.

My experience with Kaan until now has been great. I took time to consider if a mentor was right for me and took a chance on Kaan after a very smooth intro call. He provided amazing insign. We are creating action items and spend time really breaking down where i need to focus to grow. I was originally struggling to follow up and get sales and now I have a great plan for closing. I have made more contacts and follow ups in the last three months than I have in a year total! Kaan is always really kind and considerate. He explains things well and really gets you thinking instead of just giving vague ideas(like other mentors have in the past). He took the time to understand what i need and tailored to that. Honestly best choice I ever made. I have worked with other mentors and they all just go off thier guide sheet and say watch this video... Kaan is all about the personal connection and each call is based on my needs for that week but he also reminds me off the bigger picture and how i need to focus on past sales or projects as well.
