I’ll also share insights on typical compensation ranges based on role, experience, and market trends, so you have a clear and realistic benchmark. More importantly, we’ll work on how to communicate your expectations confidently without coming across as entitled.

We can rehearse the actual conversation as well—covering how to handle common objections, what to say if the answer is “not now,” and how to think about fallback options.
