You’ll work with an experienced mentor to map out what to learn, in what order, and how to approach it in a way that fits your life and learning style. Together, you can identify priorities, choose resources, structure your time, and avoid common mistakes like overloading yourself or studying without direction. The goal is to leave with a plan that feels practical, motivating, and easier to stick to.

In this session, I’ll help you build a structured and realistic study plan tailored to your specific goals—whether it’s cracking interviews, improving DSA, mastering system design, or growing as a software engineer.

We’ll start by understanding your current level, your target (role, company, or skill), and how much time you can realistically commit. Based on that, I’ll help you identify the most important gaps and prioritize what actually matters, instead of overwhelming you with too many resources.

From there, we’ll create a clear roadmap—what to study, in what order, how to practice, and how to track your progress. I’ll also suggest practical strategies around consistency, revision, and accountability so that the plan is something you can actually follow, not just something that looks good on paper.

With my experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Microsoft, along with mentoring 50+ professionals and conducting 1,000+ interviews, I’ll share what has worked in real-world scenarios and what tends to be a waste of time.

This session is highly personalized—we’ll also talk about where you might be underestimating or overestimating the effort required, and adjust the plan accordingly.
