Kaan has been an amazing mentor! He really takes the time to understand your situation and helps guide you in the right direction. When things don’t work out, he’s quick to help you pivot and figure out a better approach. You can tell he’s focused and truly cares about helping you succeed. What makes Kaan different is that he doesn’t just give you generic advice or send you to watch YouTube videos. He knows what’s going on and focuses on your personal growth. He understands that everyone learns and grows in their own way, and he works with you to figure out what works best for you. I also told him I needed more accountability, and he immediately found a way to make that happen. He knows what motivates me, and I love that when I suggest something, he’s honest and shares his perspective. He reminds me if there’s an approach that might work better for my learning or work style. There’s never any judgment with Kaan—only support and open communication. It’s been such a great experience working with him, and I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a mentor who’s truly dedicated and helpful!

I was looking for a mentor who could guide me from being an SDR to becoming a high-performing Account Executive in the SaaS space. I've really enjoyed the systematic approach Kaan follows, yet always bringing up new topics to work on as well as listening to skill gaps you see yourself. He can review operational activities, but also support strategising over a deal and making your (internal) brand in the SaaS world. For me, the main results have been: - Promoting to Sr. SDR & AE in one year; Kaan gave me the right pushes to reach my (short-term) potential - Adopted a 'can always be better' mindset; discussing major achievements Kaan will always push further - The above results and also the general experience make me wish for a long collaboration with Kaan!

Kaan is simply great at what he does. His approach has the right mix of frameworks, building a personalized approach to improve performance, highlighting strengths and working on weaknesses, and ad-hoc support when needed on both strategy and tactical tips - on anything from prospecting to customer success. My colleagues/manager noticed my improvement and of course I can notice it as well and I'm really happy with it. Last but not least, this mentorship is great value for money, given the extent of the support I get from Kaan.

I’m a product person who builds digital products. However, I had no prior experience with sales and didn’t know how to pitch a service or product to clients. A couple of months ago, I started working on a completely new startup. As one of the founders, I quickly realized I needed to learn how to sell our ideas to various stakeholders. I have just finished my first session with Kaan and I have a very good impression. During the conversation, Kaan mentioned important points necessary to develop the sales strategy for my company. Many of the points Kaan raised were already considered by me, but he was able to look at them from a slightly different perspective, which assured me that the given elements of my strategy were indeed valid.
