I'm Sebastian Scheerer, a dedicated UI/UX designer and tech startup founder from Berlin, Germany. My passion lies in crafting intuitive, beautiful products that users genuinely love and engage with. 🎖 Achievements & Experience:

Wunderlist: As the Co-founder and Head of Design, I spearheaded the UI/UX design strategy for this cross-platform to-do list. Our commitment to aesthetic and functional design was recognized when Wunderlist was named Apple's App of the Year in 2014, and was later acquired by Microsoft.

ottonova: In 2016, I co-founded and took charge as the Head of Design for Germany's pioneering digital health insurance. At ottonova, I led the team to craft an intuitive, user-friendly platform, resulting in the industry's highest-rated health insurance in terms of customer satisfaction.

My early journey into design started with a simple fascination for computers. While many perceived my time on the computer as mere play, I was engrossed in understanding the nuances of design and user experience, leading to my self-taught expertise in UI/UX.

From freelancing to establishing startups, my design philosophy has always centered around the user. Designing products that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also user-centric and functional has been the cornerstone of my success.
