How It Works
Pre-Session: Exchange messages to understand your challenges, goals and operational landscape. Then you'll choose one or more critical areas of their business for a technical deep dive. This could be their paid ads, CRM, website or logistics.
Part 1: Funnel Audit
- I'll conduct a live review of the platforms (think Google Ads, Shopify, Klaviyo)
- identify immediate opportunities and critical leaks
- focus on finding actionable insights that we convert into quick wins and longer term projects.
Part 2: Systems Thinking
Shift in focus to understand the business at a foundational level. Discuss your operating structure, task roadmap and decision clarity. Uncover and understand what is really driving performance, what data you use to make decisions. What information you are getting from the platforms, your team and your own research.
We'll then optimise or create: decision-making processes, goal-setting frameworks, and team reporting structures.
Questions might include:
- How do you currently use data to make key decisions?
- What is the biggest bottleneck to execution in your business right now?
- How are you structuring your team to scale with the business?
The objective is to uncover the underlying patterns in thinking and behaviour that are limiting growth and creating simple, repeatable steps to counter and replace them with data driven workflows.
Key Deliverables:
30-Day Action Plan: structured list of quick wins with clear steps for implementation and performance analysis.
Growth Framework: actionable workflows and SoPs for improved data capture, decision-making and growth generation.
A full recording of the session and templates will be available for review and reference.
