This MentorCruise session is designed to help you review a real piece of work with someone experienced in your field, whether that is a project, presentation, product decision, design, strategy, document, or deliverable. It is a chance to get a more expert perspective on what is working, what is not, and how to improve it.

You’ll work with an experienced mentor to break down your work, understand where it is strong, and identify the biggest opportunities to level it up. Together, you can discuss execution, clarity, quality, decision-making, and how the work might be perceived by teammates, managers, clients, or stakeholders. The goal is to leave with sharper feedback, better instincts, and practical next steps you can apply right away.

As a full stack engineer, I've worked on many types of products across frontend and backend. At Facebook/Meta, I was among the most active reviewers and people often reached out to me to increase the quality of their work.

During the early stages of product development, I often partnered with UI/UX designers and Product Managers to help set the direction of products early in the process.

I can review a wide range of work. For languages / tech, my expertise is in Go / Golang, Hack/PHP, JavaScript (TypeScript / Flow), NodeJS, React / Relay / GraphQL.

How do I pick a time?

How does the session take place?

Sessions happen over video call. Your mentor shares the meeting link ahead of time, so all you need is a quiet spot and a stable connection.

Can I reschedule?

Yes, up to 24 hours before the session. Message your mentor and find a new time that works for both of you.

What if my mentor doesn't show up?

You're protected. If a mentor is a no-show, it takes one click to cancel and get your money back, no questions asked.
