Work Review with

Not sure about your newest design? Not sure if your code is as good as it can be? Portfolio site looking a bit, meh?

In this session, a mentor will sit down with you, and give you some inputs to make your work better, be it a code review, inputs on your design, or some inspiration for your project.

This is not a hands-on session! The mentor will not touch code or design your work for you. For something closer to that, book a consultation!

During my 7 years working for Amazon, Google and Facebook one of the things I stood up for was mentoring and coaching. As a senior software engineer, this was in fact one of the expectations the company had from me: build better engineers with better culture.

To share with you some numbers, in the last three years I mentored about 15 engineers in total and helped promoting 6 of them. This was a result I am incredibly proud of.
