I wanted to grow quickly in areas like system architecture, scalability, and testing so I could build on solid enterprise foundations. That’s what led me to seek out a mentor and ultimately connect with Ferran. At the beginning, I felt completely lost and often didn’t even know the right questions to ask. No matter how long it took, Ferran was always patient, thoughtful, and willing to explain concepts until I truly understood them. Rather than simply telling me what to do, he guided me through the reasoning behind technical decisions, helping me build both understanding and confidence in the stack and the choices I was making. Despite the time zone difference, Ferran was consistently responsive and incredibly generous with his time. Every question I asked was answered with care, detail, and clear explanations.
