I’ve spent almost 20 years in the tech industry working on market leading products in content management, DevOps and cybersecurity. My strength is in customer research, Jobs To Be Done, and working closely with engineering teams to turn ideas into products that work.
The biggest challenge in product management is not the tools themselves, but knowing which ones to use, when to use them, and how to apply them to real problems. That is where I can help. Together, we will take your challenges, shape them clearly into the “job to be done,” and then work through practical approaches, ideas and techniques to move forward.
I have launched new products in both startups and enterprise companies, and I have many stories to share from both failures and successes. My approach is to listen, share what has worked in practice, and focus on solving issues with people, process and productivity.
In our sessions we will look at your roadmap, your habits, and the tools and techniques you can apply as a product manager or product owner. We can use your current work or an imaginary project to make the learning real.
My goal is to help you not just build skills, but also gain confidence in tackling the real challenges that product managers face every day.
