I am a Canadian who has lived and worked outside of Canada since 1996. I have an international perspective that I gained from living in 3 different countries during that time (Japan, the US and Hong Kong SAR). I am told that this gives me a very unique worldview that helps my mentees unlock new ways of seeing the world and thinking about themselves--and their place in it.

From a career perspective, I have spent the majority of it in management consulting, with my last role as a Partner in a Big 4 firm. I currently work as a Director in one of the world's largest reinsurers, as well as have my own executive and leadership coaching company, where I help senior executives--and those who aspire to become one--navigate their career to success. Additionally, I mentor a corporate wellness start-up, helping the co-founders prioritize and execute against their dreams.
