As a seasoned Software Engineering Manager currently employed at Amazon AWS, I also contribute as an Amazon Bar Raiser, participating in hiring initiatives and candidate calibration. Before joining AWS, my professional journey included roles at Robinhood, Audible (an Amazon subsidiary), and Microsoft. I hold a Master's in Computer Science from Columbia University, NYC.
Authoring the book 'Think like a Software Engineering Manager,' I aim to guide peers interested in leadership and management, receiving remarkable feedback. Actively mentoring individuals from early to mid-career stages, I am a strong advocate for Women in Technology. Engaged as a mentor at PlatoHq, GrowthMentor, and FastTrack mentorship programs, I have also served as a judge for prestigious science and technology awards and have received the prestigious 'Einstein visa'(EB1-A) . I also hold Fellow BCS and IET. Let's have a chat!
