Andrea is a fantastic mentor - she has a wealth of experience to offer on seemingly every UXR topic across the board (ask her about AI!) and makes every session very tactical and actionable for the challenge you come to her with. I had no experience getting feedback from a UX Mentor before reaching out to Andrea before my final-stage portfolio presentation. Andrea responded within 24 hours with a clear breakdown of her services and access to her calendar. We scheduled an intake call to discuss my goals, timeline, and current work before scheduling my portfolio review. I really appreciate that Andrea took the time to comment asynchronous feedback on my portfolio presentation ahead of our walkthrough since it gave me plenty of time to get my deck and narrative as polished as possible before our next meeting.
