I've grown up in early stage startups and I know it's a challenging space without someone to help you. Whether you want to build your own startup, transition into tech or break into product management, I'm here to help. I'm not here to tell you what you want to hear, I'm here to tell you the hard truth no matter what part of the journey you're on.
I'm a startup mentor and advisor with over 12 years of experience in the tech and SaaS industries, spanning across both Asia Pacific and North America. I've done most go-to-market functions, including sales, customer success, solutions engineering. This has laid the foundation for a strong career in product management where I've shipped successful products and built teams from scratch.

If you are in the early stages of starting a start up, you have to speak to Andy. Before I met Andy, I truly had no idea what I was doing. Andy was able to provide incredible guidance by simplifying processes and outlining potential next steps in a way that is easy to follow. He also asks all the right questions. By asking the right questions, Andy sparks creativity and opens my mind to things I hadn't thought of. He is genuine and transparent in his approach and it is clear that he wants the best for his mentees. He covers all bases and provides selfless advice and insight, even on soft-skills outside the specific scope of the session! An amazing mentor and and even more amazing person!
