Over the last 20+ years I’ve:
Built 4 companies across Hong Kong, Switzerland, Spain and the UK.
Raised $2.2M pre-seed off a slide deck and vision, then pivoted the company from blockchain to AI and grew it to $1M ARR in year one, backed by the Asian Development Bank.
Built a consulting unit on behalf of a group company from zero to ~$2M ARR within 18 months, delivering blockchain/data projects for banks, NGOs, automotive and infrastructure clients.
Scaled a regional project portfolio from $5M → $22M, running a 120-person team across Southeast Asia.
Served as buy-side advisor on a $67M infrastructure acquisition, plus transaction advisory on infrastructure projects of $200M to 600M.
Co-founded and exited a hybrid legal–infrastructure advisory firm and then scaled another advisory business 12 months later to ~$1M ARR.
Won and delivered major enterprise clients, including Bloomberg, Rockefeller, HSBC, UnionBank, WWF, ADB, ATOS, Nokia, and others.
Spoken at Google HQ, the United Nations, and the World Economic Forum on technology, AI, infrastructure and innovation.
Earlier in my career, I led feasibility and commercial design for large infrastructure projects across Asia. That meant advising some of the most influential business families in their countries on $200M–$600M investment decisions, incorporating the companies to deliver those projects, and onboarding hundreds of people to run them. I learned to make clear decisions under pressure, in politically complex environments where mistakes are very expensive.
Over the past 12 months on MentorCruise and privately I’ve:
- Helped 4 companies reach $1M+ in revenue within 16 months
-Doubled MRR for multiple startups (e.g. 15k→30k; 30k→60k within a year)
-Turned around a startup with two months’ runway to profitability
-Supported founders through pivots, early M&A conversations (including with Google), and multimillion-dollar enterprise deals in AI, healthcare, aviation, and SaaS
What I actually do with founders:
