As a Board Director, startup coach, and technology executive, I bring over two decades of experience advising governments, founders, and legal teams across Asia and Europe. I coach startup founders, operators, and leadership teams on go-to-market, product-market fit, negotiation, deal structuring, and business execution. On the tech and infrastructure side, I lead the development of AI tools that drive 60%+ time savings in due diligence and ESG workflows. One example: I helped a multilateral bank complete a complex due diligence assessment—usually a weeks-long task—in under two hours.
My approach is grounded in first principles: I identify problem spaces where technology or strategy can drive real value, then guide that value from feasibility and design through to implementation and adoption. I’ve worked with the Asian Development Bank, USAID, Governments, various Banks across Asia Pacific and private sector infrastructure developers. I’ve advised global institutions including Bloomberg Philanthropies, the Rockefeller Foundation, and WWF.
I regularly speak at forums such as Bloomberg TV, the World Economic Forum, Google HQ, and the United Nations (UNECE), where I present on topics ranging from tokenisation and AI to sustainable infrastructure and digital systems change.
Across all engagements—whether with a startup founder or a sovereign government—my through-line is always the same: commercial outcomes, technically sound strategy, and execution that moves the needle.
