I took Customer Agent from a blank page to a global platform, leading the product through every stage from first prototype to international expansion.

Before Intuit, I held PM roles at Workday and and earned my MBA from UCLA Anderson. My earlier career was in quantitative finance — I was a quantitative researcher at Morgan Stanley and traded bonds for a $100B+ fund at Franklin Templeton, which gave me a very different lens on how to think about risk, scale, and building under uncertainty.
