I am a senior software engineer at Netskope, a global cybersecurity leader, and CTO at Pillar, a residential construction Saas company. I have helped a number of self taught or recent bootcamp grads land their first job as a software developers as well as helped mid level engineers ascend to a senior role. I understand how important it is to have great mentorship but who mentors you is equally as important as what they're telling you.
