During my career I had several coachs, and Edric is without a doubt one of the best. We worked together for almost a year, he is very good at understanding my need and expectation and he managed to exceed expectation every time. He helped me to transition from a QA engineer position to software engineer position. We did several code review and technical interview preparation/simulation, which were both very insightful with concrete feedbacks and improvement strategy. I like the way Edric tracks my goals&progress, and he regularly ask for session feedback on how to improve the sessions, which helps a lot.
