I started my career as a Software Engineer (specialised in backend) around 15 years ago, and I've covered different roles in different organisations (both startups and big companies), progressing into technology leadership. I'm currently an Engineering Director at Wise, and before that I have been CTO at Moneyfarm, a series D Pan-European Fintech company. I am passionate about how practices like DevOps, Agile and Continuous Delivery help teams to become high performing and individuals to grow.
I particularly enjoy coaching and mentoring technology professionals at various stages in their journey (from Junior Software Engineers to Engineering Managers/Directors), helping them to build the skillset necessary to improve their current and future careers, and to increase the impact they can have in their organisations.
