Hello everyone, I've been a design practitioner and experience strategist for 25 years and have led and mentored designers at many agencies and firms including Fjord, Ogilvy and AKQA. I've hired and developed the careers of more than 100 people and coached and mentored over 50 to senior design and studio positions in Service Design, Product Design, UX and UI using a proven career and promotion framework designed to highlight areas of growth and improvement which we work through together. I like to get to know people on a personal level which means we can structure the mentoring to suit your specific challenge and the practical application of it in your environment.
More about me, I like use a range of design methodologies to solve business problems and conceptualise solutions and services to shape, build and launch products for clients across every industry including retail, FMCG, financial services, energy and telecommunications. I focus on cross discipline, collaborative design projects, with specialists in adjacent fields such as technology, IT, marketing, business strategy and sales to deliver measurable results and inherently change customer behaviour. I have judged at digital and advertising award shows including Cannes Lions.
