I am a seasoned Executive and Leadership Strategist with over two decades of experience guiding organizations through transformation, growth, and resilience. As a former Chief Information Security Officer and current CEO of Cynergence, I blend deep operational expertise with a human-centered approach to leadership.

I have led large-scale global teams, managed complex programs exceeding $50 million, and worked and advised C-suite Executives and Board Members on Governance, Organizational dynamics, and high-stakes decision-making.
