We'll meet for a quick call (usually under 30 minutes) where we:
- Break the ice and introduce ourselves
- Discuss your goals and how I can support you
- Coordinate logistics like time zones, meeting frequency, and communication methods
I'm a senior Product Manager with over 15 years experience building high-audience, engaging, consumer products with brands such as Monster.com, UK Government, the BBC and Manchester City Football Club. I've been building high-performing products and product teams whilst also championing and developing members of those teams.
I've also been really lucky to be able to work with a number of start-ups to be able to help validate the concept before they sink too much cash or time into the idea too soon. And have worked alongside a number of individuals to help support their ideas and business growth.
I believe in the critical nature of understanding people; whether this is your user or the team that helps build the products you look to ship and I'm focused on the importance of relationships at every stage. I can help with principles to understand users and empathise with business needs, stakeholder feedback and engineering/development.
I'm currently UK based but have experience working with global audiences, understand the need for localisation and optimisation for those audience. I also love to discuss how the physical experience meets the digital.
