My name is Jack. I am quite new to this MentorCruise, although I have mentored over 20 professionals in my career.

I’m currently the founder and CEO of Outbound Republic, where my team and I focus on AI-driven outbound, helping B2B companies build sales pipelines and grow revenue.

Before this, I co-founded and led a digital marketing agency (Delante). We started from scratch, growing it from $0 to over $5 million ARR and more than 60 people on board. Along the way, I’ve learned a ton, especially around what it takes to scale successfully.
