Hey y’all, I’m Jacqueline, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a leadership strategist, negotiator, and advocate for underrepresented leaders especially women working in male-dominated industries. My journey has been all about standing firm in my values, owning my worth, and helping others do the same.

I started my career navigating spaces where I often felt like the only one in the room, and let me tell you it wasn’t always easy. But I learned how to turn those challenges into opportunities, and now, I’m passionate about sharing those lessons with others. Whether it’s through my books, speaking engagements, or leadership programs, my mission is simple: to equip you with the strategies and confidence to lead with resilience and impact.
