I am a seasoned CTO with more than a decade of experience. But I am also a passionate developer and architect with even more years of experience. I am tech savvy and have an extensive software engineering background ranging from early stage start-ups to scale-ups with many teams in parallel. I have acquired and applied the organizational and leadership knowledge that is necessary to succeed in these environments since many years.
Furthermore, I love the process of continuous learning and mentoring and helping people to achieve their goals. I am looking to work with anyone who is just starting out all the way to experienced leaders who are looking to improve their careers.
