---What is the structure of monthly mentoring plans?---
My subscription plan consists of three key components: regular live video calls, offline support via email, and written guides. These three components work together to provide a comprehensive and effective approach to career mentorship.
---How do the three mentorship plans differ from each other?---
To provide you with maximum flexibility , I offer three plans: light, standard, and pro. The key difference between these plans is the frequency of our live video calls. Most of my mentees begin with the standard plan. As we progress through your mentorship journey, we'll continue to adjust and refine your plan to ensure that you're receiving the level of support.
---How much time will you spend on reviewing my artifacts and emails?---
Besides our regular sessions, I will also support you offline by reviewing your artifacts. These include resumes, case studies, documents, presentations, etc. I will give you comments and feedback to help you improve them. We'll be applying the UX process to your job search!

John is so talented at what he does. This is my second review of my experience under John's mentorship and would write many more if I could. John took me under his wing after completing bootcamp at Georgia Tech and introduced me to amazing companies that I worked with. He is patient and kind and gives practical advice that is tailored to your personal goals. John has been my mentor since I just started my journey. I don't have the language ability to express my gratitude to him. Undoubtedly, John is the BEST mentor. There's 2 reasons: 1. He's extremely resourceful & knowledgeable. Whenever you have any questions, he would answer like having prepared for long time. He often has tons of resources, like Doraemon with a universe in his pocket. 2. He's the most empathetic mentor I have ever seen. Sometimes you not only need an experienced mentor who can provide accurate, professional feedback, but also give you support when encountering setbacks. He's warm, kind, supportive. With his constant encouragement, I gained the courage and confidence to face frustration. I believe you would never regret to choose him as your mentor, since these characteristics are very rare.
