You get daily written feedback, structured guides, examples, portfolio reviews, interview feedback, and clear next steps between calls, so you always know exactly what to improve and why. Progress happens between sessions, not just on the live calls.
2. Live calls as milestones
Each call focuses on reviewing progress, addressing challenges, and setting clear weekly goals to keep you moving toward your next role.

• I currently lead product design for Apple Intelligence across iOS (Siri, Photos, Messages, Mail, etc.).
• I've served on hiring committees at Apple (4 years), Google (8 years), and Microsoft (8 years).
• I advise the top 3 ATS and AI screening tool companies on recruiting software. This helps me understand how candidates are filtered and how to improve your chances of getting noticed.
• I regularly shadow recruiters and hiring managers and publish research on how they evaluate candidates. I use these insights in your job search strategy.
