I was feeling a little disoriented with all the changes happening in tech (hello, AI 👀), and after 3+ years in my current role, I started losing focus, unsure whether to specialize further and in what area. I came back to John to talk things through, and as always, the session was super insightful. He asked thoughtful questions that helped me get to the root of my challenges, shared candid advice on what’s (not) worth pursuing based on his observations, and passed along a career strategy guide that gave me a clear path forward. (Plenty of homework after the session!) I’m looking forward to learning from him again soon, and would highly recommend him to anyone navigating career uncertainty or trying to level up with intention.
