About
Currently on Slack's growth team, heavily utilizing data in my work. Before Slack, I worked for five years on data analytics products as both a designer and researcher.
I have experience with transitioning into design from another profession as well as creating design communities from scratch.
I would love to mentor other traditionally underrepresented groups, especially Asian women designers, as I know these groups don't often have the resources of a network that others might. I want these groups to be able to get the roles that they deserve so that they're in the right rooms to provide diverse perspectives.
