I currently run my own sales consulting & coaching company. When you're ready, I can help you to overcome your most pressing sales challenges.

I specialize in turbocharging commercial teams and am passionate about helping people get better at SALES, a seriously misunderstood craft.

I was looking for a mentor who could guide me from being an SDR to becoming a high-performing Account Executive in the SaaS space. I've really enjoyed the systematic approach Kaan follows, yet always bringing up new topics to work on as well as listening to skill gaps you see yourself. He can review operational activities, but also support strategising over a deal and making your (internal) brand in the SaaS world. For me, the main results have been: - Promoting to Sr. SDR & AE in one year; Kaan gave me the right pushes to reach my (short-term) potential - Adopted a 'can always be better' mindset; discussing major achievements Kaan will always push further - The above results and also the general experience make me wish for a long collaboration with Kaan!

My experience with Kaan until now has been great. I took time to consider if a mentor was right for me and took a chance on Kaan after a very smooth intro call. In my opinion Kaan takes balances his approach between autonomy for the candidate and guidance from Kaan's side, which for me couldn't be more helpful. During my time with Kaan I promoted twice and he pushes me to challenge myself continuously!

I chose Kaan as a mentor due to his ability to ask the right and hard questions, which people often avoid. That ability stood out in our first intro call, and it's something I was missing. In 6 months, I believe I've progressed enormously in it as a salesperson, particularly as a deal closer. Kaan is a hands-on coach, ready to review the sales script, customer calls, and pipe review to ensure results. He is also mastering various sales tactics and techniques, which makes him a great coach for B2B sales, B2C sales in scale-up, or a Head of Sales role. I strongly recommend at least trying working with Kaan, as you will seek impactful sales results shortly.
