Hi there! Over the past 13+ years, I’ve been privileged to lead, mentor, and guide individuals and teams across engineering, product management, and program management, helping them achieve career breakthroughs and personal growth. As one of the top 1% of leaders at Amazon, I currently lead a global tech organization delivering products used by millions of people worldwide. I know firsthand what it takes to navigate career transitions, manage complexity, and step confidently into leadership roles.

Before Amazon, I served as Managing Consultant at Netlight, where I partnered with companies across industries—IT services, eCommerce, media, fintech, and nonprofits—to scale operations, drive innovation, and develop impactful teams. I’ve also been a mentor for high-potential startups at the United Nations World Food Programme.
