Hello,
my name is Marike. I am Head of Product and Co-Founder at Xilva, a platform that makes investing in early-stage forest projects easy. I have been doing digital projects for 25 years. I have always been at the intersection of business and software. I worked successfully as a consultant for a few years, was C-1 level in a big corporate and then decided to co-found my own startup. Because I think we should all fight climate change and because I want to develop my own company culture with the team.
I like change. I actually change myself and my work all the time. I am convinced that processes help us (but not the pointless ones :-)) if you use them properly and adapt them to your needs.
