I've been a business leader and coach since 2013 when I left a successful career at American Express to found my own business. I've always been fascinated by the way people behave, both alone and in groups, and I ventured deeply into this subject by designing, building and operating loyalty and rewards programs.
I’ve spent nearly 20 years working with founders, CEOs, boards and leadership teams across Asia, helping organisations navigate growth, complexity, change and integration. One pattern appears again and again: businesses become harder to run long before anyone can clearly explain why. Decisions slow down. Teams work at cross purposes. Strong hires don’t have the impact they should. New initiatives struggle to gain traction. Leaders spend more energy managing friction than creating momentum.
Most organisations respond by treating the symptom. My work is focused on understanding the system.
If you're interested in a mentor for:
- learning how to run your company's people structure more effectively
- navigating the personal change from big company to startup and vice versa
- building a new business and selling your vision (to team members, investors, and anybody who will listen)
- figuring out what matters and how to focus and prioritise
- hiring and retaining the right team
or just a listening, non-judgmental ear with no fixed agenda...
We can work together.
