About

I've been a business leader and coach since 2013 when I left a successful career at American Express to found my own business. I've always been fascinated by the way people behave, both alone and in groups, and I ventured deeply into this subject by designing, building and operating loyalty and rewards programs.
I built one company, scaled another from 40 to 200, and launched projects and programs across Asia.

If you're interested in a mentor for:
- navigating the change from big company to startup and vice versa
- building a new business and selling your vision (to team members, investors, and anybody who will listen)
- figuring out what matters and how to focus and prioritise
- hiring and retaining the right team
or just a listening, non-judgmental ear with no fixed agenda...

We can work together.

I started working with Mark because I wanted a clearer way to think through leadership challenges and big decisions, and it’s been a genuinely valuable experience. Our sessions have been practical, honest, and focused on real situations rather than theory. Mark has a great way of asking the right questions, helping turn messy problems into clear next steps, and giving advice that’s actually actionable. I’ve walked away each time with stronger frameworks for prioritisation, communication, and navigating complex conversations, plus more confidence in my own decision making. If you’re looking for mentorship that is thoughtful, practical, and directly useful in day to day work, I’d highly recommend working with him.
