I am a native British English speaker but I can also speak Spanish at Level B2 - so don't let the language or location get in your way!

I have a unique combination of leadership, industry, coaching and transformational experience. My passion is helping organisations, and individuals, shape their future. 

In a career spanning over 30 years, I have worked for a number of major brands, both as a permanant member of staff and as a freelance advisor. I have a broad range of sector experience that includes Retail Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Manufacturing, Telecoms and Government. My most recent engagements have been as Chief Information Officer (CIO) within the Lloyds Insurance Market and at a major, international, high street bank.

My broad experience has given me unique insight into the future challenges leaders face. I truly believe that one of the most difficult things that leaders need to do is to articulate a clear vision, collaboratively build a strategic plan to achieve that vision whilst, most importantly, building a strong and passionate following that brings people with them.
