I have a calling to guide leaders to optimize work and workplaces to thrive. I have over 20 years of experience as an HR professional. I work to align people initiatives to drive strategic business outcomes and elevate culture.
I also have a passion for mentoring individual contributors and leaders to realize their personal goals and how they can impact more significant team outcomes.
Before starting Agile in HR, I held a Chief People Officer role at TCP Software, and HR leadership roles at Spiceworks Ziff Davis, HomeAway.com, and Expedia.
I am based in Austin, Texas, and I sit on the board for the non-profit Love Justice International and co-founded the Austin Women in Agile meetup.
When I am not busy with work, you can find me reading, walking my dogs, traveling, or hiking.
