Onur Cipe

Hey, I'm Onur 👋, a computer scientist 👨‍💻, co-founder & CTO at dolphinOS 🐬, and master's student with a specialization in ML at Georgia Tech 🐝.

With over 10 years of experience in software engineering:
• I started as a software engineer at Ericsson R&D 🛜, where I contributed to the development of core products 🧬: Order Care, Catalog Manager, and Telecom CRM.
• Meanwhile, I pursued my executive MBA 🎓.
• Then, I co-founded dolphinOS 🐬, where I have been building software platforms from scratch 🧱. This involves coding 💻, managing DBs 🗃️, designing architectures 🖼️, enabling the cloud ☁️, leading a team of up to 10 💆‍♂️, and shaping the company's technical direction 🗺️.
• Now, I am pursuing my MS in CS at Georgia Tech 🎓.

For the last 10 years, I have mentored many individuals transitioning into new fields, developing new skills, enhancing existing skills, and creating their own products:
• I began mentoring at Ericsson 🛜 as an Innovation Coach, leading and mentoring colleagues in developing innovative ideas with executive-level potential.
• Then, at dolphinOS 🐬, I started dolphinOS Academy, lecturing university students and integrating the best among them into our startup.
• Afterward, I joined Springboard 🪀 as a mentor, TA, office hours host, and mock interviewer. I became the primary subject matter expert, where I designed the latest version of the software engineering career course, their flagship course, and the software development career course for B2B.
• Now, I am here at MentorCruise 🛳️!
