Hey 👋, I'm Pascal an experienced NYC-based Engineering Leader passionate about building products, teams, and organizations. Founder of CafeSocial.io, before that I lead the Reliability Department of Robinhood and critical infrastructure teams at Google.

I've a strong track record in helping people grow their career and getting promoted, both on the IC as well as the Manager track. I've mentored and coached people from entry level to senior staff. In my career I've helped over 50 people understanding job requirements, connecting requirements to their work, identify areas of growth, growing skills required and eventually getting promoted to the next level.

I've experience leading teams and organizations with company wide responsibilities and impact. Proven ability to build up organizations from scratch in high growth companies as well as leading distributed teams including managing other managers and growing senior leads. Passion for building teams with a high sense of belonging and inclusion.

Prior experience as Technical Program Manager, Product Manager and Product owner.
