I have worked at Meta, Accordion (Private Equity) and Ernst and Young (both public and private clients). I managed global, large-scale, cross-functional digital transformation programs significantly improving business and finance operations. In my current role at Atlassian, I drive org-wide impactful programs that focus on revenue uplift, revenue growth and margin improvements, and enterprise cost reduction.

I love mentoring future business and finance transformation leaders. My strength is in developing leaders for organizations, departments or cross-functional teams who can drive large impactful business outcomes. I'd work with you to help you with - interviews, organizing programs, structuring teams, discuss industry / best in class trends, offer case studies and tons of frameworks that you may apply in your job or personal growth.

After mentoring over 75 candidates with a variety of situations and circumstances, I have developed a passion to help others with whatever I learned in my two decades of experience. At the same time, I'd not claim I know everything, however, I offer collective brainstorming, problem solving, and figuring out a solution mentality by tapping into my large network.
