Ricardo is a great mentor! I started off not knowing anything in the cloud environment and week by week i gradually started building my knowledge off the assignments and knowledge that he has in the cloud to better my skills. Ricardo not only taught me but recommended me certain sites i should so that i could build my knowledge on my own. He explained what tools to download as well so we can build off the skills i was learning in our sessions.
