I coach experienced professionals, founders and leaders in tech — and product people in any industry — who want to make a meaningful change in how they work, lead or make decisions.
I spent six years at Google and two at Amazon, including leading a 100-person organisation, and later worked as a CPO, consultant and advisor to startups and larger companies. I’ve worked across product, strategy, operations and organisational change, and co-authored a piece with Marty Cagan on Amazon’s product operating model.
I’m most useful when you’re already capable, but something important isn’t moving.
You might be stepping into a bigger role, trying to become a stronger product or people leader, deciding what you want next, struggling to delegate, navigating a difficult people decision, or finding that execution is much harder than it should be. I also work with high-performing people with ADHD or fast, nonlinear brains who want ways of working that fit them better.
The work can be practical: strategy, prioritisation, OKRs, product management, delegation, organisation design or preparing for a difficult conversation. Or it can go underneath the problem: what you actually want, what you’re avoiding, what assumptions are driving you, and how you want to lead.
I don’t run a fixed curriculum or hand you a generic playbook. We work on what is live for you, and I’ll coach, challenge and share direct experience when it is useful.
Clients have used this work to step into bigger leadership roles, make difficult career decisions, stop being the bottleneck for their teams and change patterns that were holding them back. One Series C Director of Product went from underperforming to one of the strongest members of the leadership team; a VP Engineering grew into a CTO role; and a Series A CEO rebuilt how he delegated so every decision no longer came back to him.
I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach with a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School. I’m based in Luxembourg and work in English with clients internationally during European business hours.
If you’re not sure which session fits, book an introductory call and tell me, briefly, what you want to change. We’ll work out whether I’m the right person to help.
Private 1:1 coaching. Built around how you actually work — not someone else's playbook. Ex-Google and Amazon, ADHD-wired.
