I started as an engineer (aerospace), taught myself to program computers, built enterprise systems (including Transport for London's contactless fares system), found myself helping leaders and managers adopt agile ways of working (particularly in global financial services) qualifying as a professional executive coach in 2021. I became fascinated with evidence-based ways of managing organisations after doing a part-time Masters degree during 2012-2017, and have completed my Doctorate in 2024 in which I researched Tensions Management in transforming large organisations.
