Sana Maqsood is a multidisciplinary designer, educator, and UX leader with over 10 years of experience designing human-centered products across e-commerce, fintech, and emerging technology. She is currently a Lead UX Designer at Amazon, where she leads large-scale consumer and enterprise experiences focused on shopping, post-purchase, and supply chain services.
Alongside her industry work, Sana is a Professor of Design at New York University, teaching UX, AR/XR, and emerging technology. Her work often explores the intersection of design, the body, and technology through biofeedback systems, immersive installations, and wearable technology.
With a background spanning finance, UX strategy, and interactive media, Sana brings a unique perspective to mentorship, helping designers navigate career growth, storytelling, leadership, portfolio development, and designing for emerging technologies.
