Hi! I'm Sara, from Switzerland 👋 I worked in HR for about a decade before trading the linear career path for coaching and HR advisory.

Thanks to my experience in HR, I coached professionals at all seniority levels, with tech and business backgrounds. Not only that, but I also did a rapid career progression and managed small and big teams, in-person and remote. I learned how to have a big impact in a short amount of time, and I have coached others to do the same by helping them develop a healthy high-growth mindset.

I use a holistic approach to mentor career, leadership & development strategies for all professionals + specific skills for HR professionals. My mentees are usually professionals with a few years of experience (5-20) looking for growth, purpose, and direction.
