Hi! I'm Sara, from Switzerland 👋 I've led HR and operations in 3 scaling businesses before stepping into mentoring, coaching, and consulting. I now advise startups and coach founders on hiring and scaling a business, and mentor professionals on navigating career growth.

Thanks to my experience in recruiting and HR in startups, I worked with founders and professionals at all seniority levels, with tech and business backgrounds.
