I spent the first half of my 20+ year career in software building B2B software products at startup companies. In my last startup, Nextlabs, I joined as employee #15, designed and wrote critical frameworks and applications from the ground up, took ownership of the build and release system, and eventually transitioned into management reporting directly to the CEO. During the latter half of my career, I honed my skills as a manager and leader at Salesforce, where I grew an initial team of 5 and scaled it to over 100 engineers. In addition to building the team, I drove the development of both new and existing products, earning over 4B in revenue and supporting over 150,000 B2B customers.
