Seda is a great mentor, very quick response with action oriented approach. During calls, she listens actively, asks questions and shares insights relevant to the Tech industry in Berlin. At the end of first call, we defined my goal and some basic action points. At the end of every call, we always have a list of action points to follow-up. She reviewed my CV, take home assignments and provided words of encouragement during my process. When I have additional questions via email, she often responds very quickly within the day. For the best outcome, the mentee should also be proactive and put in the work as well.
