I help product managers get hired and get better at the job once they're in. Most people come to me mid-search: applications aren't getting replies, interviews keep stalling at the same stage, or an offer is close and they want to get it over the line.
Why I can help with your search
I recently went through PM interview loops at 8 companies, including GitHub, HubSpot and Deel. I got two offers and took a senior PM role at GitHub. Because it was so recent, I know what these interviews look like today and where candidates commonly trip up.

Background
I've spent about 12 years in product. I was a company's first PM, then founded Prodsight, an AI customer-feedback platform we sold to Playvox in 2022, where I stayed on as a product director. Most recently, I was a senior PM at GitHub, working on issue fields, semantic search and agentic features.

Tadas has been great to work with!Unfortunately I was caught in a redundancy round a few weeks ago and have been searching for a job since then. It's been a tough PM market for a while and so I hadn't had much luck.Tadas and I reviewed my approach and my applications, discussed how these could both be improved and I am now in 6 different interview processes.
