About

Hi, I'm Miller. I spent two decades at Microsoft leading multidisciplinary engineering organizations - from GPU performance and compilers to cloud migrations and hardware design. It was mostly in the gaming space, and helping other engineering customers adopt and migrate to the cloud.

Having interviewed thousands of candidates, hired nearly as many, and awarded even more promotions, I've spent years coaching folks on what it takes to break through the "ceiling" at top-tier tech companies.
